Inknose always does absolutely killer fancomics, and this is no exception! Really clear love for the source material, but also willing to look more deeply into the characters' ideas, feelings, and motivations. (I also like this art style a lot. Really fun, thoughtful, and cute expression in turns.) 

The scripting in this one is great, and I loooove the Xianle trio interaction here. Theirs are not necessarily my favorite within the books themselves, but the depiction here is so sincere and I think it really gets the intended vibe. Lots of fun to read. (The immediately pre-brawl dialogue, omg....) Great designs for everyone, too.

I actually didn't clue in to where this was going despite the cover illustration, but I was still pleasantly surprised by the nice little dialogue between HuaLian. Communication!! Hell yeah!!!

I am so deeply endeared by the conclusion and HC's sincere devotion, which extends to things like loving all the normal, everyday parts of your favorite person. It feels very him, but it's also very relatable to anyone who loves someone very much and is fortunate enough to see them every day in all kinds of little scenarios. Lovely writing like always!
